I just wanted to write you a note telling you how impressed me & my husband were with Bonnie on our last visit.

Bonnie was so attentive to all the residents! She addressed all their needs ( bathroom, giving out snacks, removing nail polish, soothing when they got agitated, reminding them of each other’s names, encouraging civility,) & all that with an upbeat, yet very calming attitude.

I can’t say enough about how impressed we were.

While I’m at it, I’d like to say how thankful we are for Luisa, Maria, 2 Ana’s, Kimberly, even the maintenance man ( he always goes around greeting the residents by name, even a soft touch to there shoulder to make them feel special & all your staff( I wish I could remember specific names but that is not my strong suit- lol) I feel all my mom’s needs are met, & that brings me much peace. Thank you!!!
