Dear Palm Garden Guests, Residents, Families and Visitors,

Though Palm Garden has no known cases of the Coronavirus, it is critical that we take every precaution possible to prevent it from entering our nursing and rehabilitation centers.

We have made the difficult decision to restrict all visitation until further notice.

The health and safety of Palm Garden guests, residents, and team members is our top priority. We are committed to doing everything we can to protect them.

We thank you for supporting Palm Garden Healthcare in these efforts. If you have any questions, please call us at (888)-967-6508.

Sincerely,
Rob Greene, CEO
